This large sculpture and fountain in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor honors the victims of the Katyn Massacre in Poland during World War II. This tragic event saw the execution of an estimated 22,000 Polish prisoners of war by Soviet troops during the Soviet invasion of Poland.
